COPYRIGHT

Angela Laskovics, owner of Angela Pro Design, LLC, owns the copyright of all logos, materials, photos, content, and design elements from within angelaprodesign.com, shop.angelaprodesign.com, and 2018.angelaprodesign.com, unless otherwise stated. These elements may not be copied, published, rewritten, reproduced, or altered in any way without written permission from Angela Laskovics.

On completion of any custom or semi-custom commissioned design work, full copyright remains with Angela Pro Design, LLC and is not passed to the client unless written permission is given by Angela Laskovics. Angela Pro Design, LLC retains the right to use the final artwork for marketing, for advertising, and/or in any portfolios of Angela Pro Design, LLC’s services, both on and offline.

Printing and/or copying of any work by Angela Pro Design, LLC without written permission from Angela Laskovics is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Printing and/or copying work created by Angela Pro Design, LLC, including any proofs or previews, is STEALING. It is punishable by law and could result in hefty fines. I work very hard for my clients. Please don’t try to steal my work.

The copyright of any earlier concepts or design ideas that may have been supplied to you to preview remains with Angela Pro Design, LLC. Angela Pro Design, LLC retains the right to use such initial concepts in future projects.

PRICE CHANGES

Angela Pro Design, LLC reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, if a client has already commissioned any service from Angela Pro Design, LLC prior to any change in prices, that commission will not be subject to any increase unless changes are made to the scope of work and/or materials and/or delivery, but any subsequent commission may be subject to an increase.

DESIGN FEES

For all custom graphic design services that are NOT products noted to include a design fee, Angela Pro Design, LLC charges a $35/hour design fee.

Prior to beginning work on any custom or semi-custom project, a price will be proposed based on an estimate of hours needed to complete the design project. Once the proposed project price is approved, an invoice will be sent to you, and at least 50% of the approved cost is due immediately as a deposit for the project. Work will be begin on the project as soon as the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due prior to print production. If no print production is commissioned, the remaining balance is due prior to you receiving your finished product.

If a custom or semi-custom project is cancelled at any time, you are responsible for 100% of the invoiced amount. Deposits and paid balances are non-refundable. Angela Pro Design, LLC has the right to withhold any and all files, materials, and/or products until full payment is made in full.

DESIGN SERVICE TERMS

Angela Pro Design, LLC reserves the right to refuse to commit to any project that Angela Laskovics may judge as unfit due to content or otherwise.

The acceptance of a project shall be deemed as a contractual agreement between the client and Angela Pro Design, LLC. Angela Pro Design, LLC cannot always guarantee to start work immediately on a project but will inform the client of estimated timescales upon acceptance of the project.

Photographs, images, artwork, and text supplied by the client must be the client’s own or licensed for use by the client. Angela Pro Design, LLC cannot be held responsible for any breach of copyright, or any other right, caused by reproduction of materials supplied by the client.

The copyright for all materials provided by Angela Pro Design, LLC, such as artwork, graphics, text, and photographs, will remain the property of Angela Pro Design, LLC, unless written permission has been given by Angela Laskovics AND full payment has been made.

POST OFFICE

Invitations occasionally incur additional postage because of their weight, or due to the shape of the finished piece. It is strongly recommended that clients request that the Post Office uses hand cancelling when mailing invitations. Angela Pro Design, LLC is not responsible for invitations or stationery that is lost in the mail or is destroyed through the mailing process.

COLOR PRINTING

Every effort will be made to obtain the best possible color reproduction on customers’ work but, due to the nature of the process involved, Angela Pro Design, LLC shall not be required to guarantee an exact match in color or texture between the printed results and any proof or existing copy so supplied. Pantone ink matches cannot be produced using the full color process. Any proof copies issued are NOT color accurate and are issued for content checking only.

ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTATION AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The placement of an order for design, and/or any other services offered by Angela Pro Design, LLC, and validated by the customer’s signature or electronic signature on the estimate, quotation form, or contract, constitutes acceptance of the estimate or quotation and agreement to comply fully with all of the Terms and Conditions and forms a Contract for Business between the signatory and Angela Pro Design, LLC.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS

You have the right to cancel your order at any time. However, you are responsible for 100% of the invoiced amount. DEPOSITS AND OTHER PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Angela Pro Design, LLC has the right to withhold any and all files, materials, and/or products until full payment is made in full.

PAYMENT

Angela Pro Design, LLC accepts payment by credit card or debit card via PayPal or via a PayPal account. Other forms of payment may be accepted, such as checks, only when written consent has been given by Angela Laskovics prior to beginning any work on an order. When paying by check, the check must clear the bank before any work will begin on a project.

A deposit of at least 50% is due immediately. Work will not begin on your project until this deposit has been received. The remaining balance of the order fee is due prior to print production. If no print production has been commissioned, any remaining balance will be due prior to you receiving your files.

Angela Pro Design, LLC reserves the right to withhold final design files and/or products until full payment has been received for a project.

Any payment returned by Angela Pro Design, LLC’s bank will incur an administration charge. This charge will be invoiced and added to the outstanding debt owed by the customer.

HOURS OF OPERATION AND RESPONSE TIMES

If you contact Angela Pro Design, LLC, a response will be emailed to you as soon as possible. Please note that an email received after 3:00 PM on a Friday may not be addressed until the next non-holiday weekday or later. Efforts will be made to respond to contacts as soon as possible.
